Ankara Terrorist Spent Time in Prison on Terror Charges
On Saturday, new information was revealed about the suicide bomber who attacked the US Embassy in Ankara on Friday.
Turkish officials said that terrorism charges has previously been brought against Ecevit Sanli, 40, who carried out the attack, and that he spent several years in prison but was released ahead of schedule on probation after he was diagnosed with a hunger strike-related brain disorder.
