Most hotels on the Bosporus are luxury affairs set in magnificent, palatial complexes. But the 23-room House Hotel Bosphorus, which opened in May, offers a fresh and accessible boutique alternative, with an inviting and elegant atmosphere and rooms starting at 199 euros, about $278 at $1.40 to the euro.
