Turkey to start power futures trading in September

Turkey's derivatives market, the Vadeli Islem ve Opsiyon Borsasi (VOB) plans to begin allowing the trading of Turkish power futures in September, the head of the exchange said Monday. "We have received permission to begin trading from the Capital Markets Board and from the Energy Regulatory Authority and now we need the go-ahead from our own board," Donmez said.
