Turkey ready to help with Kosovo-Serbia talks
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu yesterday offered to help Kosovo and Serbia as they are set to resume their EU-mediated dialogue next week after a turbulent month in Kosovo’s north.
