"Belgium Does Not Ask For Extradition Of Kimyongur
BRUSSELS - Belgian Federal Prosecutor's Office announced on Wednesday that it has no intention to ask for the extradition of terrorist and DHKP-C organization member Bahar Kimyongur, from the Netherlands.
Kimyongur was detained in the Netherlands last week since Turkey had issued an arrest warrant on her behalf through Interpol.
Although Kimyongur (32) was sentenced to 4 years in prison by Belgian justice but went free during the appeal process."
