ISTANBUL - Turkish metropolis of Istanbul is a city symbolizing the alliance of civilizations, Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Tuesday.
The Pritzker Architecture Prize was presented to Brazilian architect Paulo Mendes da Rocha in a ceremony hosted in Istanbul`s Dolmabahce Palace."
