"Belgian high court rejects three convicts’ appeal

A Belgian high court yesterday rejected the appeal of three arrestees who were found guilty last month of membership in a terrorist organization.
In a February ruling a court in Bruges declared the Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front (DHKP/C) a terrorist organization and sentenced Fehriye Erdal, who is still missing after being convicted, to four years in prison, DHKP/C leader Dursun Karataş to five years, the group's spokesman Musa Asoğlu to six years and other members Kaya Saz, Bahar Kimyongür, Zerrin Sarı and Akar Özordulu to four years each."
