Greek Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis called on Turkey to reverse its policy of declaring war if Greece attempts to extend its territorial waters in the Aegean and also said the government of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan should allow the reopening of a Greek Orthodox seminary that has been closed since 1971."
