"Sahin: De Facto Talks On Science & Research With E.U. Will Start In March At The Latest
ANKARA - ''We expect that the talks with the EU on science & research chapter to start in March at the latest,'' said Turkish State Minister & Deputy Premier Mehmet Ali Sahin on Monday.
Speaking to reporters after today's Council of Ministers meeting, Sahin said, ''State Minister & Chief Negotiator for EU talks Ali Babacan informed the ministers about Turkey's ongoing initiatives for EU accession process.''"
