"Tusiad Defines Qualifications Of Chief Negotiator

ANKARA - The Turkish Industrialists' & Businessmen's Association (TUSIAD) submitted a report to government officials regarding the qualifications which a chief negotiator should have.
The report said, ''chief negotiator should have knowledge of English and French languages as well as laws, economy and policies of the EU. The negotiator should have a conciliatory character following the needs of public, private sector and NGOs.'' "
