ANKARA, Turkey (CNN) -- U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived Saturday in Turkey's capital, where leaders fear an increase in Kurdish political power in neighboring Iraq could embolden separatist Kurds in Turkey.
Rice, on the second day of her first overseas trip as the nation's top diplomat, met briefly with Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan after a four-hour visit to Poland."
