The following news item, has not been confirmed by Turkish Officials. FM Abdullah Gul, stated today on Channel 7 that, only a written script by Besir Atalay was given,(this may mean a `de facto` recognization of Southern Cyprus according to Papadopoulos). Sedat Ergin, a columnist from Daily Newspaper Hurriyet said that the problem is just frozen for 10 months.
Other news sources claimed that a new plan is on the way. It is too early to say anything about this plan yet.
The news source also forgets to mention a new upcoming American and British plan involving Annan, that is expected to be revealed soon.
