Dec. 7 (Bloomberg) -- European Union governments may impose tougher conditions on entry talks with Turkey in response to demands by France, Austria and Cyprus, a draft EU compromise shows.
EU leaders may permanently bar Turkish workers from taking jobs in other EU countries and may not allow Turkey full access to the bloc's 25-nation common market, according to proposals designed to overcome opposition to the entry negotiations. "
