A Brief Summary of the Incident
On the 17th May 2006, Wednesday, a gunman named Alpaslan Arslan has raided the meeting of Council of State in Ankara and wounded 5 out of 6 judge of the meeting. Later on one of them died at the hospital. He was named Mustafa Ozbilgin, a state judge."
