"Turks Told to Respect Cyprus Deal

Stockholm. European Commissioner for Enlargement Olli Rehn reiterated Thursday the EU's demand that Turkey respect its customs accord with the bloc by letting Cypriot vessels enter Turkish ports, AFP reported.
'As the EU kept its word to open the (membership negotiation) process on time, we expect Turkey will ratify and fully implement the additional protocol signed in Ankara' on the customs union, Rehn told reporters in Stockholm. "
