"Viet Nam, Turkey sign diplomatic cooperation protocol

Istanbul, June 24 (VNA) - Viet Nam and Turkey signed a protocol on cooperation between the two foreign ministries during an official visit to Turkey by Vietnamese Foreign Minister Nguyen Dy Nien from June 20-23.
The protocol was the result of talks between FM Nien and Turkish Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul."
