Chrysostomides says Turkey�s 'red lines' show no change to its Cyprus policy

Kypros Chrysostomides, the Greek Cypriot government spokesman, said yesterday that Turkey needed to extend its customs union agreement to all members of the European Union before Oct. 3, the date set by the EU for starting Turkey's membership negotiations, the Anatolia news agency said.
�The final statement of the European Council [on Dec. 17] stated that Turkey should sign custom union protocols with all members of the EU,� Anatolia quoted Chrysostomides as saying in response to a reporter's question. "
