The Greek Cypriot government's preparation for launching European arrest warrants -- in order for all Turkish Cypriots and European Union citizens possessing Greek Cypriot property to be arrested -- could pave the way for a �property exchange� that had been proposed by Turkish Cypriot President Rauf Denktas, said a Greek Cypriot lawyer Ahilleas Dimitriadis."
