22 dead after migrants’ boat capsizes in İstanbul waters
At least 22 people, reportedly illegal migrants from Afghanistan and Syria, were killed early on Monday when a boat capsized near the Black Sea entrance to the Bosporus, and local fishermen have claimed their calls to the Coast Guard Command (SGK) for assistance were not investigated in detail.
