(ANSAmed) - BRUSSELS, MARCH 14 - The "legal issues" still representing an obstacle to Turkey's attempts to join the EU "should be resolved by 2014", according to the country's Minister for European Affairs, Egemen Bagis, who has given an interview to the Lithuanian magazine "Valstybe". Once the regulatory issues regarding EU rules have been overcome, Bagis says that "everything will depend on the agreement of member states".
