Asil Nadir trial halted

LONDON — Turkish-Cypriot tycoon Asil Nadir's trial was adjourned Thursday after the ex-fugitive's wife was injured in a horse-riding accident in Hyde Park.
The Old Bailey trial was abandoned for the day to allow the 70-year-old businessman to be at his wife's bedside.
