ISTANBUL Aug 9 (Reuters) - The 57-nation Organisation of the Islamic Conference will meet in Istanbul on Aug. 17 to discuss efforts to relieve a famine in southern Somalia and surrounding areas hit by drought, Turkey's state-run Anatolian news agency reported on Tuesday."
