A locally renowned wine producer is seeking global recognition through presence in Michelin-starred restaurants. ‘Right now, we are at seven Michelin restaurants in Holland, one in France, and we will soon be at a restaurant in England,” the company’s chief executive told the Hürriyet Daily News, adding, however, that Turkey needs to have globally renowned Turkish restaurants to sell its local wines"
