In soccer-crazed Turkey a revolutionary trend is emerging; one that has allowed a new generation to play the game. The emergence of women's soccer has taken the country by storm with participation levels skyrocketing.
Much of growth can be attributed to efforts made by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), which started a school-based youth soccer development program to increase the participation of young girls in the sport and deepen the player base at a younger age."
