It is, after all, an exercise in taking stock. As such exercises go; this election campaign has given us a workable inventory of Turkish reality. At times, issues of great import have been debated from all sides, including cultural rights of Kurdish citizens, the management of the economy and the wisdom or folly of nuclear energy and its alternatives. There are real, stark choices to be made. Many have been effectively reflected."
