ANKARA, Turkey — Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Wednesday that his country will continue to accept the hundreds of Syrian refugees who are fleeing their nation's violence, but he urged Syria's government to adopt reforms aimed at ending the unrest."
