One of the traditional tastes of the Burdur region, walnut paste is on the way to becoming a marketable product across Turkey. With eight tons of production per month, the product is now sold both locally and in many province of the country. The walnut paste has acquired special recognition, but the Burdur Chamber of Commerce and Industry says packaging, advertising and marketing remain problems"
