Hamburgers are about as American as apple pie. After all, we are the culture that created McDonald’s, Burger King and all of the artery-clogging fast food joints that have the rest of the world reaching levels of obesity close to ours. Now Turkey has a burger culture all it’s own and they have created a version that I have yet to see here in the U.S. It is called islak hamburger (wet burger)."
