It happens every time I go to a turkish restaurant with my daughter. Amidst all of the urfa kebabs and biber dolma and patlican kizartma, she will undoubtedly want the pide. Kasarli pide (hold the tomatoes) to be exact. For those of you who are not familiar with pide, it is a cousin to pizza but somehow it is so different."
