"Turkey in talks with France over NPP

Turkey has entered talks with French firms about the planned construction of a nuclear power plant on the Black Sea, Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said on 7 January. Several French companies have presented proposals to Ankara on the project, the Anadolu agency cited Yildiz as saying. They became the third potential foreign partners in the envisioned project after talks with South Korea and Japan. The talks with the South Koreans however fell through."
