The new approach of Armenia’s ruling Republican Party over Turkey-Armenia protocols is obvious.
Stating that ratification process will not progress in a parallel wayin Turkey and Armenia, Nikoyan said that process will be delayed if Armenia waits for Turkey to ratify the protocols. Stressing the importance of the initiation of process of ratification of protocols in the Armenian parliament, Nikoyan said that it would be better if Armenia ratify protocols, taking the initiative."
