ISTANBUL - 'We will ask them (the EU) to keep their promise, and insist that Turkey opens its ports when our ports are opened (to international trade),' Foreign Minister Serdar Denktas of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) said on Tuesday."
