Ankara welcomed the statement of Finland, current holder of the E.U.’s rotating presidency, regarding the Cyprus problem.
Finnish Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja released a statement following the U.N. Security Council’s decision to urge the Cypriot leaders on Aug. 30 to implement the Cyprus accord."
