The Turkish lira and fixed income markets have recovered strongly since the end of June. This seems to have increased investor interest in the Turkish markets. However, we think a word of caution is warranted, as we believe the risk of a new setback has increased and we would therefore reduce exposure to both the Turkish FX and fixed income markets - especially overweight positions."
