Nicosia. UN Secretary-General General Kofi Annan's Special Representative in Nicosia, Michael Moller has a proposal for overcoming the problems between the two communities in Cyprus, the Cyprus agency CNA reported. The proposal is aimed at coping with the deadlock in the talks between Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots and at implementing the agreement between Cyprus President Tassos Papadopoulos and Turkish Cypriot leader Mehmet Ali Talat signed on July 8th, 2006. "
