Istanbul Security Director Celalettin Cerrah announced a list of demands sought by police seeks in the struggle against terrorism.
Cerrah demanded that the Police have the authority to take fingerprints and DNA samples of suspects when necessary, and that the probation period should be extended to 15 days."
