"Turkish company Polimeks to build three 12-storey houses with 252 apartments and school for 600 pupils
Turkmen President Saparmurat Niyazov signed two decrees on construction of social facilities in Ashgabat. According to the first decree, the Central Bank of Turkmenistan as well as Turkmenbashi and Daykhanbank state joint-stock banks are authorized to sign contracts with Polimeks company for design and construction of a 12-storey sky-scraper for 180 apartments with improved lay-out and underground garage exceeding US $ 38 million."
