Turkey's military and procurement authorities have scrapped two defense deals with Israel, one for a high-value strategic reconnaissance program and the other for anti-radar drones, but analysts said they see no political motive behind either move.
Officials admit the cancellations were a result of contract breach and �a change of Turkey's operational requirements.�"
