"EU's move to complicate accession talks angers Ankara

Ankara yesterday reacted angrily to a European Union move to debate 'sensitive political issues' such as Kurdish broadcasts and opening of the Heybeliada seminary under what Ankara considers 'technical' chapters.
The EU has signalled that it would discuss issues related to political criteria in the technical 'education and culture' chapter."
