"Turkish Red Crescent sends aid to Azerbaijan
Turkey has sent humanitarian aid to Azerbaijan at the request of the Azeri arm of the Red Cross. The trucks laden with 15 tents and 1250 blankets passed the northeastern Sarp Border Pass at the weekend, after a request was made by the Azerbaijani Red Crescent to the Turkish aid organization Kizilay (Red Crescent) for assistance.
Turkish Red Crescent Representative Ahmet Yildirim Berker said that the Turkish Red Crescent is continuing its efforts to send aid to Turkish provinces and overseas locations."
