"Kurdish DTP invites Talabani and Barzani to its Nehvruz celebrations
The Kurdish-dominated Democratic Society (DTP) Party has reportedly invited President Jelal Talabani of Iraq, as well as Mesut Barzani, the Kurdish leader of northern Iraq, to this year's planned celebrations of Nehvruz in Turkey. In addition to foreign ethnic Kurdish leaders, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and President Ahmet Necdet Sezer have also been invited to join the celebrations, as have foreign dignitaries from all over the world.
