A difference of opinion between the European Union and Turkey over Cyprus once again became the topic of discussion yesterday (on Wednesday) in Vienna. The Union officials recapitulated its pressure on the Turkish government to grant the administration in southern Cyprus access to air and sea ports in 2006."
