As a result of discussions during a Tuesday meeting of the Reform Monitoring Group (RİG), senior governmental and bureaucratic figures have reached a consensus to urge members of Parliament to approve before summer recess certain amendments to current Turkish laws and also to ratify international agreements that have already been approved by the government as part of the European Union membership process."
