President Olusegun Obasanjo said Nigeria looks forward to welcoming more Turkish construction and building companies that would engender 'competition and value for money.'
President Obasanjo made this known when he received a special envoy of President Ahmed Necdet Sezer of Turkey, Ambassador Utkan in the State House, Abuja on 7 February."
