Çerkez pilavı (Circassian rice):
In Turkey, fresh coriander is mainly used in the cuisine of the ethnic Çerkez (Circassians). With the addition of coconut (Hindistan cevizi), the flavors evoke tastes associated with India. This dish can be made with rice or bulgur (cracked wheat) and makes for a refreshing accompaniment to numerous meat dishes."
