What does Erdoğan's 'White House' tell us about new Turkey?
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, before leaving for Azerbaijan, announced that he would move to the “new palace” in Ankara, which is still under construction. Everyone agrees that it is a “palace,” but we did not know what it would be named or whether it would be the “president's” or the “prime minister's” palace. Now it is clear that Erdoğan will be its occupier. It will be the home and office of the new president.
