Turkey gearing up fight against ‘barbaric’ ISIL

Turkey’s top leaders have begun deploying sharper rhetoric against extremist jihadists in Iraq and Syria, with Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu calling them “barbaric” and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan underlining “the obligation to fight” against them.
