CHP applies to Constitutional Court to invalidate Erdoğan's posts
Main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) Konya deputy Atilla Kart has filed an individual application to the Constitutional Court to invalidate President-elect Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's posts as prime minister and Justice and Development Party (AK Party) chairman.
