It has been brought to our attention that the so-called “Parliamentary elections” will be held on 23 May 2010 in the Azerbaijani territory of Nagorno-Karabakh, which remains under Armenian occupation, in total contravention of international law and contrary to the relevant decisions and expectations of the international community."
