Following the success of the ASA waterpolo national team in the LEN Championships B in Lugano last summer, where the locals finished sixth, Malta will now be playing in Group A against Spain, Slovakia and Turkey in the LEN European waterpolo Championships being held in Istanbul, Turkey between 30 April and 2 May this year."
